Before you travel
Plan entry requirements for Australia before confirming non-refundable travel. Tell your consultant every traveller’s passport nationality, country of residence, departure airport and any transit stops. Use the country visa information and its review status to identify the official authority to consult. Residence in Kenya does not make all passport holders eligible for the same entry route. Include any onward destinations and return-entry requirements in that check.
Coordinate arrival times, airport transfers and accommodation check-in before choosing flights. For connecting journeys, confirm baggage arrangements and allow time for immigration or a change of airport. Tell your consultant about children, accessibility needs and planned activities so suitable transport and insurance can be discussed.
Your written quotation will identify the flights, transfers, insurance and visa-assistance services you have selected, with their costs and conditions. Visa assistance does not guarantee a visa or admission; decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
