Before you travel
Plan entry requirements for Greece before confirming non-refundable travel. Tell your consultant every traveller’s passport nationality, country of residence, departure airport and any transit stops. Use the country visa information and its review status to identify the official authority to consult. Residence in Kenya does not make all passport holders eligible for the same entry route. Include any onward destinations and return-entry requirements in that check.
Check the entry rules for every port of call, embarkation country and disembarkation country, including ports where you intend to stay on board. Ask the cruise line to confirm its document rules and boarding deadline. Agree flights and pre-cruise accommodation with enough time to reach the port; a flight or visa service is included only if your quotation says so.
Your written quotation will identify the flights, transfers, insurance and visa-assistance services you have selected, with their costs and conditions. Visa assistance does not guarantee a visa or admission; decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
Visa and entry requirements change. Sunward verifies current rules for your nationality against the Destination Guide and Visa Assistance service before quotation. Approval is never guaranteed.
Ask Sunward to check seasonal conditions and live supplier availability for Athens & Greek Isles Cruise on your proposed dates. Where an experience is weather or wildlife dependent, allow flexibility and do not treat a particular sighting or sailing as guaranteed.
